Lots of Ukiyo-e by Katsushika Hokusai and Utagawa Hiroshige will be on exhibition!

 

Exhibition period: Tuesday 28 July 2026 – Sunday 24 January 2027

 
Katsushika Hokusai and Utagawa Hiroshige, Ukiyo-e artists who enjoy immense popularity across the ages and beyond national borders.
This exhibition will display the masterpieces of ukiyo-e created by the two artists.
 
Take a look at Ukiyo-e with a magnifying glass, which you can borrow free of charge.
 
 
 

"The Great Wave off Kanagawa", from the series Thirty-six Views of Mt. Fuji by Katsushika Hokusai is on permanent exhibition.
